Pros
This company is very diverse, and everyone is kind & supportive. The upper executives really care about all of their employees. I have always been assigned challenging projects that allow me to expand my skill sets. At the same time, I am given autonomy to solve problems my own way.
Cons
Because it’s a startup, there is a fast pace. That might be a downside to some.
