      Benefits You will always be busy The patients are wonderful

      Cons

      Overall management that is ill equipped to run a business, decisions are made chaotically or vindictively. Medical team led by a guy who is told what to do, loves to burden the nurse practitioners until they are burned out then they discard them without a thought. It was a very unhealthy position Very hostile with high turnover

      I love this company and the mission they represent. This is a group of people (all the way up to the cheifs) who do their best to make the community a better place.

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive for support roles.
