The growth and development of our team members is a key strategic priority for the company and we are disappointed to learn of your negative experience. As we grow as a company, we continue to actively seek input from team members so we can create an environment where everyone feels valued, regardless of their role and career path. The 6-part management development training program that all managers receive - and many requested - is just one example of this effort. The work we are doing to update our career framework to define and highlight both management and non-management career tracks is another.
