      None. One of the worst places I have ever been employed.

      Cons

      The list is extensive but Ill try to condense it the best I can. - Management that is out of touch with the reality of what the Trainers and Therapists are dealing with on a day to day basis. - Shady with payroll - On several occasions the management of the company would not pay overtime and instead dangle it in front of employees to get them to work at times they didn’t want to. - Uncommunicative - On several occasions I was told, not asked, that I would be traveling more than 45 minutes to a separate location to work without prior knowledge. After I had already arrived at my normal working location.

      Pros

      Co-workers if you can trust them can be nice to work with and pleasant to be around. Equipment is generally in okay shape and taken care of.

      Cons

      Owner is a legitimate tyrant. Refused to have a yearly review with me despite my working there for 16 months. When asking the doctors to have my back in disputes with the owner, they capitulated and left me out to dry. We were not allowed to have downtime even if no patients were in the office, you had to be cleaning and recleaning and recleaning beds that you had already cleaned because it was more important to management that we “appear” busy rather then being productive.
