Management is amazing! They make sure you are set up for success. They care about you on a personal level and build a relationship with you. Even though it is a strictly remote compnay for their US employees, the entire work environment is very collaborative and supportive and you have many opportunities to interact with your peers. They strive to provide a balance of fun and productivity and genuinely care about their employees.
Cons
Pay is on the lower end of the range. Health benefits are unimpressive. They offer health insurance but it is high deductible and the monthly premium is a bit high.
