      punctual payment, manageable work load and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Terrible management, made the company lose its main client and close down in colombia in less than 2 years. No growth opportunities, arbitrary changes communicated at the last hour (or even sometimes NOT communicated at all)

      Able to own my work and be independent. Constantly able to learn in my own way. Very hands-off but supportive when it counts.

      Can feel like you are on an island at times.
