      It was a remote position, good salary

      Cons

      WFH benefit was removed and you were expected to return to the office in a 5 day notice. Situation was a little tense during a long period of time at the end they fired almost 500 workers

      Able to own my work and be independent. Constantly able to learn in my own way. Very hands-off but supportive when it counts.

      Can feel like you are on an island at times.
