Direct teams are so nice and helpful. There is some room to grow Business itself is expanding so job security for now. Supervisor are nice.

Since first starting moral is going down. They used to show gratitude for hard work through bonuses and extra pay. Now it's just gift cards that cover shipping costs, and wordy emails. You would think a business that is showing such growth would continue to try and keep up moral by showing it in pay to help employees out rather than just sending emails of empty thanks. The turn over is so high right now and it's really starting to show why. Along with less pay, there is starting to become less support from higher ups. It's a very on your own figure it out mentality. So bigger workloads for same pay
