      Pros

      There is no culture in this place. All about who you know. A lot of preference for promotions versus people that actually get the work done. Management is a mess. Pay is VERY low.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover and that’s because of management, but HR and higher ups don’t see it that way. HR is a mess, not a real department. Nothing stays confidential with them and they will lie to get you in trouble if they want you out.

      remote work, previous positive company culture and loyalty to team members prior to transformation of company with new leaders

      Cons

      Transformation of company with new leadership lead to company-wide lay-offs. Loss of large contracts has negatively impacted company growth in the UM dept
