Pros

Once you are hired on permanently as an employee, the benefits are great. Promotions happen quickly as long as you are trying your best. Also employees are able to decide whether or not they want to work remotely from home or in the call center or hybrid

Cons

Training classes are held via zoom which can make learning a new product difficult. The trainer is unorganized and hard to follow because of technical issues and The flow of the curriculum.

Pros

Health Net was always busy with projects, never a dull moment however, the department I worked in and departments I worked with always supported family first. Whenever I needed time off for family matters it was always provided.

Cons

The only cons I can think of is that promotions were rare. People stayed in their jobs a long time which prevented openings for promotions to occur.

Pros

Remote work, good benefits, online education opportunities.

Cons

Constant conserns around layoffs. No bonuses below Supervisor. Benefits are expensive even though they are the underwriters of their policies. Employees are not treated as a valuable resource.
