      Small Company feel The pay was good Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      The owner cannot be trusted. She'll let you go without a reason or make up things you did incorrectly. She'll smile in our face one day, see something she doesn't like (don't address it) then turn cold and let you go the next day without notice. Not worth your time and energy to work here with the so much uncertainty. The owner also talked negatively against other employees.

      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere. She fires on a whim. Revolving door. I was there 4 months and 5 people left or were let go in that time, out of a full staff of 6. No job security, no recognition. I got a wholly positive review and was shown the door 2 1/2 weeks later, with no explanation. Inappropriate interview questions should have warned me. Hostile atmosphere. Stay far away...
