The team invites all staff members to do so each time the monthly newsletter is sent out and is happy to create the content for you or to help you create it if you'd like. Interdepartmental competitions or challenges can be fun and healthy for the workplace; they serve to foster stronger working relationships between departments that work closely together, not to exclude other departments. If you'd like to institute a competition or challenge between specific departments or the entire HII team, we hope you feel comfortable approaching your manager with your idea so you can make it happen.
