Terrible Company - Licensed Insurance Agent Health IQ Employee Review

The problem is everyone tries to come in and think they need to fix everything rather then take a step back and see how everything works first. Then from there work through the proper channels to see what to change and what to keep in place. What keeps happening is each person breaks everything down to square one and then it’s a uphill battle. Lastly everything they are trying has already been done so I already know what’s going to fail and crash and burn.
