      Pros

      Good pay. Alot of over time AEP. Flexible with your schedule on off season.

      Cons

      They dont get you appoint with the carrier you need to be competitive in the market. I only had 2 carriers. So I had to give away so many deals which lost me money and my bonuses.

      nothing horrible horrible horrible. So many direction changes and they don't give you the position your hired for.
