Can be harsh, high expectations, some good people have left due to the work/life balance issues As company is still scaling, there are some severe bottlenecks that hinder the product development process Specifically in QA/Design the support stifles the process. I've been able to jump in and help move the products along but there are clear gaps in these areas Also in the prioritization process, the urgency and timelines are tricky. Still figuring them out
