      Pros

      The people! It is rare to have such a down to earth group that you enjoy seeing every day, some days I don't want to go home. Opportunity, It is a growing company so you get out what you put in. The benefits, I love working out every day, the catered healthy lunches, fridge full of snacks, weekly massages.

      Cons

      Longer hours, but if you're bought in to the vision it is 100% worth it.
