The CEO could not dedicate and organize the team to invest in the product (clients would constantly have issues and I'm surprised some of them remained customers that long..) The "company" a (handful of FTEs) would suggest key improvements to the product and the CEO would not listen and was wondering why customers were leaving. Small fish in a big health tech/wellness landscape. Nothing really unique about the product.
