Pros
Small community hospital with the opportunity to learn and grow. Staff is very welcoming and the hospital is well kept and clean.
Cons
Management has to make major improvements for better staffing and retention of nurses. Management has not been able to improve working conditions and make the workflow more efficient. Lack of staff, materials, and resources are a significant problem. Nursing ratios are of serious concern.
