      You get a free gym membership. Besides that my in my opinion there isn't anything else

      Your yearly raise isn't based on individual but office group performance. Our office didn't even get a penny raise last year.

      great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

      Cons

      company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
