Pros

Awesome Benefits Package. Cool people to work with. Room for opportunity. Remote is awesome (may have to pull teeth to get it).

Cons

My direct boss has no knowledge of HIE or healthcare in general. They micromanage in uncommon areas. Training manuals and documentation is light. A lot of inconsistency between team members, manager and Director of Client Support. They put a heavy workload on you to balance multiple projects with Account Managers and special projects. They train one half of the staff with third party vendors, then want the staff to train the other half. Your 1:1 with manager will be light with no information, then your yearly review will be full of things you never discussed in that year. And the pay is not comparable.
