Pros

Some learning opportunities under pressure.

Cons

If you care about your sanity, stay far away. The place looks professional, but it's all fake, the kind of polished front that hides constant pressure and disregard for anything beyond targets. You're treated like an expendable tool rather than a person, expected to be available 24/7 with poor vacation and no real sick leave. The stress is insane, and the workload is overwhelming, with endless mundane tasks dumped on you at random. Management seems to enjoy keeping people on edge, and it starts to feel like you're surrounded by enemies rather than coworkers. It doesn't stop with the workload. Any attempt to speak up or ask for reasonable support gets brushed aside, making it clear that your well-being doesn't matter. The focus is always on hitting numbers, no matter the cost to your mental health. It's exhausting to constantly navigate the chaos while pretending everything is fine, and over time it really eats away at your confidence. Even the supposedly team-oriented moments feel staged or forced. People watch each other carefully, and cliques form quickly, leaving you isolated if you don't fit in. It's hard to trust anyone when the culture encourages competition over collaboration. The overall environment is so toxic it makes you feel like the stress and pressure are deliberate, almost as if the company takes pleasure in wearing people down.
