Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your nearly nine years of dedication to our team. I’m truly grateful to hear that you have felt supported in both your work and personal life and that our culture of mental health awareness and work-life balance has positively impacted your experience. Team member engagement is at the core of our company strategy, and it’s encouraging to know that you see the momentum we are building together.
I also appreciate your perspective on growth opportunities. While we continue to refine our strategy and strengthen our business, we remain committed to professional development and internal growth. Promotions are still considered as needed, with a strong bias toward promoting from within. In fact, I’m grateful that we’ve seen nearly 900 internal promotions over the past three and a half years. Your feedback reinforces the importance of continuing to create meaningful career pathways for our team members.
As transparency is a key operating principle for us, I sincerely appreciate your thoughts on how we can improve communication around team member feedback. Your suggestion to summarize and share feedback during All Team Member Meetings—along with clear explanations of how leadership plans to act on it—is an important one. We will continue to explore ways to ensure that team members feel heard, valued, and informed about the decisions that shape our future.
I am confident in the strength and trajectory of our company, and I am incredibly grateful for team members like you who contribute to our progress. Thank you again for your insights and for being an integral part of our journey.
Best, Dan Burton
