1yThank you for taking the time to share your experience. While I’m grateful to hear that you appreciated the Health Catalyst way, our sense of community, and our commitment to transparency, I’m saddened to hear that your experience with your manager did not reflect our values.
I recognize how difficult, frustrating, and disheartening it must have been to have such a relationship with your manager and to see your role require significantly more hours than expected. I sincerely hope that you felt comfortable sharing your concerns with People Operations.
I deeply believe in fostering an environment where team members feel supported, trusted, and empowered to grow in their careers, one where team members can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Feedback like yours is invaluable in helping us improve, and I appreciate your suggestion regarding a formal manager review process. Leadership accountability is critical, and we will continue to evaluate ways to ensure that all team members are supported in their roles.
