11yI could not agree more with your advice. We will only succeed as we push down responsibility and decision making, and trust not only the next level down, but another two levels below that, to make decisions that were made 100% by the leadership team in the early days. This is the trick (and usually the gating factor) to scale in any business, in any industry. I would love specific examples (from you, or any other team members) of situations, processes, functions, etc. that you see as something where decisions should be owned and made at a lower level than it is done today. We can only jump start this evolution if we have "things" to tackle. We on the LT are keen to this issue, and interested in improving here, but we can only see so much. Would love it if people brought things that they see along these lines to my attention. Would love to discuss, and be a conduit to the LT on this. Email me!
