I also appreciate your 5+ years of contribution to our company and its growth, mission, and success. So often you have been the "face of Health Catalyst" to our clients, as so many of your colleagues in ASO have been as well. Thank you for representing us so well. I appreciate your constructive feedback as well, and agree that we need to understand the performance of every servant-leader at Health Catalyst, and provide tools and training to enable improvement for these servant-leaders at every level. We're rolling out a significant servant-leadership training for every people manager at Health Catalyst, which will incorporate a review and set of insights for every manager about what's going well and what can be improved, incorporating the 360-degree feedback and the Gallup feedback into that training.
