Next to none of the leaders in my portion of the Application Suite group embody any of the cultural values. I've repeatedly been disrespected or mistreated, and every attempt to engage with leaders on fixing this has either been met with dismissals or non-suggestions around what I could do to talk with the offending party.
I also can't tell you the number of times that I've been brushed off with the phrase "assume positive intent", or how often leadership fails to live up to the ideal of "courageously...face the truth".
