Thank you for your review and feedback, I really appreciate it. And thank you for highlighting the ongoing tension between financial sustainability and work/life balance. In our most recent earnings call, I highlighted that from my perspective, our professional services utilization was higher than what we'd like it to be, in order to make the pro services roles more long-term sustainable. We are working to add a little more of a bench and a little more flex time so that a better work-life balance will be doable. I appreciate the work that you do each day to help our clients succeed, and want you and each of our colleagues to be in a position to take time off in order to recharge and renew.
