7yThank you for sharing this review and perspective, and thank you for your kind words. I'm really happy to hear that you feel supported as a single parent. That is hugely important to us as a leadership team -- that every team member feel consistently supported in their pursuit of work-life integration. I also often schedule my meetings around my kids' activities, and hope every team member will feel that they have the trust of their management to make those personal decisions for themselves. I also agree that we can improve in our overall communication as a company, particularly between teams and functions. We have some organizational updates on the way that should help us improve here -- we'll talk about those in tomorrow's All Team Member meeting, and in follow-on communication as well.
