Thank you for your thoughts and advice. Please know that we as a leadership company talk and think about this issue of sustaining and strengthening our culture often, and that I personally feel like this is a major (if not the major) plank in my platform as the Chief People Officer. I think about (and work on) how we can do this every day. The bigger we get, the greater and more complex the challenge becomes from a messaging/communication/ internalization standpoint, but it is a challenge worth tackling everyday. A company where all team members contribute because they truly want the company to succeed (to use your words), is a company that will see great, great success over a long period of time. We plan to be helping to improve outcomes for our partner organizations for decades to come, and to do that we need to maintain the aspects of our business that "cannot change".
