The staff is intensely hard-working and mission driven, but management places a premium on investing time and monetary resources in staff to the greatest extent possible, all while cultivating a healthy, collaborative and balanced workplace culture. A lot of places claim that their staff is "like a family" - and it's almost never true. HCFA is a rare place where it is.
