Pros

Healint strives in a fast pace environment to grow its somewhat niche but world leading position within the Health Tech industry. I have worked in different industries and different settings and this has been the only place where I can have a positive effect to the lives of my customers. There is nothing as rewarding as the reviews and feedback the app users let on the app stores and when interviewing them. Expect a startup environment: passionate team, unique opportunities to dare, develop new skills and try new things, number of challenges all the time and little room for politics in a pretty flat organization. If you want to learn and develop new skills, run projects twice as fast as you would anywhere else, and feel everyday that you are helping people live a better life, come and join the team!

Cons

Healint has the cons that are inherent in its qualities: - there is really a lot to do, so do not expect to have time to get bored - the company is still young, with priority given to growth and development (tech, product, sales and marketing) rather than a strong administration. For me this is an opportunity but I understand that this might be challenging for some - the organization is flat, so you may interact with a demanding CEO & founder, who has to manage way beyond anyone else in the team. I read a few negative and imho very exaggerated reviews on this specific point: I have been here for over four years, so definitely not a deal breaker

Pros

- The company's goal to help people with migraines is great - Genuine and nice colleagues

Cons

- Very high turnover. It was just announced that the heads of engineering, data and operations (3 of 5 from management) resigned at the same time. Nobody has an idea how business will continue. - The company's focus frequently changes entirely and without any reason. Most of the work you do will be discarded and never be used. - Management randomly introduces KPIs and they are totally unattainable so don't expect to feel accomplished or receive fair bonuses. - CEO hires friends and acquaintances to important positions who don't have the required skills. - CEO verbally abuses employees on a daily basis which is so demoralizing.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience and I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. First of all, abuse is something that is not tolerable, and as you are a current employee, I strongly encourage you to report to me or our HR team of any abuse, present or future, that you may suffer from or witness. Second, as every other young company, we work on a number of different projects and features, testing early versions with our users and customers. Some receive positive welcome and some do not. We strive to 'fail fast and cheap' to avoid escalation of engagement on non-promising features or projects. I cannot comment on 'most of the work' without more insight, but we release new updates of the app on a monthly basis and new business features as well. I am happy to address your comments about the management and your wish for more business strategy insight. I am not able to disclose such information publicly though. App users' well being have always been and will always be our top priority, together with team members' mental health. Thanks for raising your concerns, please be assured that I will address them.
