Pros

Great colleagues Everyone is helping and treat each other equally(Except managers). Good place to learn Flexibility in time and work(very rare to find)

Cons

Managers are damn partial especially with junior people. Rules are made weekly and managers are the first to break them. If you break a rule and you are junior, the very first thing you'll listen on starting your day would be the rule book, but yes if you are senior resource you are allowed. and yes if you are managers favourite even if you do nothing you'll be applauded for doing nothing. There are many like this.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed working with your colleagues and you believe in Heady as a good place to learn. But as you can imagine, we are saddened to hear about your experience with management. We strive to be impartial and fair to everyone. In fact, equality is one of our core tenets along with transparency and integrity. So to let you down on such a core belief of our company is doubly disappointing. While this is a first we’ve heard of such a sentiment from any member of our team, please know that we are taking your feedback seriously and will make amends where due. If you are open to it, please provide specifics to feedback@heady.io (anonymously if you prefer) so we can take more direct action.

Pros

Caring and supportive colleagues. Lots of flexibility. Great clients and smart management. Low ego, high EQ. Really blown away by the empathy management displays. Heady has an amazing culture and foundation in place and I'm excited to see this continue to flourish. Certified great place to work! Our feedback is taken seriously and changes are implemented. Fun Slack culture, team outings and tools to build connections within a globally distributed team.

Cons

Benefits can be further improved upon but the company is open to changes and is making them.

Pros

Overall, the people you work with are nice, and the company offers unlimited PTO – but that's about all it has to offer.

Cons

The company looks impressive from the outside, but the reality inside tells a different story. It operates like a typical small startup that talks big but delivers little. Hardworking employees are often overlooked, while bonuses go to those who appear to 'save the day' – a puzzling leadership strategy. They make promises but don't hold themselves accountable. The focus is heavily on short-term profits and individual employee output, with little regard for long-term growth or strategy. Opportunities for advancement are limited, and this is unlikely to be a stepping stone for your career—if anything, it could set you back. Compensation is below market rates, and genuine contributions often go unrecognized. They lay off employees without prior notice, citing market conditions, yet at the same time, they distribute bonuses to others – a decision that reflects a significant level of unprofessionalism and disrupts fairness within the company. The business outlook doesn’t look great, as they have admitted many times themselves. Consider exploring other options before committing to this company.
