The people who are in the trenches with you are the best, and the ability to challenge oneself (which isn’t really a thing anymore)
Cons
Very poor upper management, very poor hiring of middle management, very long hours for most staff (many like to shove accountability to others than assume responsibility). This is a financially struggling company that has changed its entire ethos which further alienates those trying to stay for the long term. They do not listen to staff or their recommendations, then question why the results were not up to expectations. This tactic is also used to rationalize the skills of employees regarding technical implementations vs sold engagements. Furthermore this company has non-existent benefits - a case can be made, they’re made of false promises. It’s advised to forgo this organization and their vaporware. A case can be made they abuse green card and offshore talent (if they can find any) to deliver sub par solutions. Further the lack of contract negation skills and lack accountability really isn’t a good sign. The quality of the work is not fulfilling and if you are a true technologist, you will not be happy. Final note, they’re more interested in LinkedIn likes than actually producing work that speaks for itself.
