The company has been responding in these reviews and tries to dismiss them. Take a look at the posts and the amount of people rating them helpful. Would so many people lie? - Salary is not competitive nor is it keeping up with inflation - Management does not like to have hard discussions. They love to talk about things when things are great, but slide things under the rug when they are not going well. As soon as internal company surveys were negative, they stopped putting them out or reporting their results. - Management struggles to make sales which has lead to lay offs - Lay off people with skillsets that they are looking for just because they didn't know that the employee had that skillset - CEO blames employees for being lazy while never taking accountability for the actions of himself nor the leadership team - Company desperately wants to do something with AI but does not have the ideas nor the technical expertise to be able to execute on them - Company is "pivoting" into strategy consulting while not giving any of the employees a heads up nor ways to upskill - CEO tells people that they can leave if they do not like the new direction but gets upset when people leave
