Thank you wholeheartedly for your review. We are very sorry about how you feel. In the last 15 years, we have been working tirelessly as a bridge between our schools and our precious teaching team. As we often said, a company is only as good as its people. We value each and everything staff and that includes the teaching team, be they part time or full time. Our company culture is Communicate to Share, Respond to Change, Evolve to Grow, Search to Know and Be Transparent to All (CREST). At all times, we do our utmost to please both sides and manage all scenarios the best we can. In this unprecedented and most challenging time that the world is facing, we are particularly conscious that we must work together to pull through and see the light at the end of the tunnel as a team. Surely, there are things we can improve and we are working on it every day. Our teaching team has grown steadily, and so has our school number. It is not luck.
