Thank you too for flagging the ongoing opportunity for us to keep ensuring we're creating maniacal focus and ruthless prioritization around our workload(s) to help avoid burnout, especially during this weird and wonky time in the world.
This is such a great provocation for us to remain focused on what's most critical to our business, and to get better at what we're saying 'NO' to - it's also an important reminder for us to lean into our Daily Meditations, Mindful Breaks, No Meeting Fridays & MINDays more than ever. And that our leaders work to ensure we're creating that balance of focus and space for our teams.
