The PMO and People Team are planning to come together on how we work in partnership to support the standardization of meeting experiences, continued optimization of the DACI model to aid and improve project management & decision-making practices, in parallel to improved collaboration and communication synergies.
Provided you feel comfortable to do so, please also know that you're empowered to share live feedback when challenges with decision-making or lack of cohesion arise in your meetings or work experience. Providing your insights and feedback in real-time with the relevant Headspacers will allow for opportunities to be addressed or remedied in the moment, and I know will support change from within.
