Pros

This review is for the organization's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The world situation has made everything feel more stressful than usual. A lot of companies aren't showing up for their employees, but Headspace is. I have been impressed by the displays of human connection/compassion that leadership and team members are carrying out. We're in constant communication as a team. Surprisingly, we're hosting more all hands, open Q and As, panels and community events virtually. Meetings have more purpose now as well. Headspace is also supporting the community. It feels great to be working for a mission-driven company that is helping people during this time.

Cons

All things considered, there isn't a complaint right now.

Pros

-they offer great resources for members to utilize -continued education to sharpen your coaching skills

Cons

-there have been so many changes and expectations that are frustrating to navigate -they expect way too much for so little pay and no benefits -this role is so taxing on your own mental health... many of the members that you see aren't a good fit for coaching, so you're also filtering a lot of members for therapy and navigate really heavy mental health conversations that aren't within the scope of coaching -feedback isn't delivered live, it's all put in a spreadsheet that's clearly input by automation
