Well, I don't have enough space to write the cons but I'll try my best. 1. People here are working for years at a salary you won't beleive. I don't know if Bala has hypnotized them for years to avoid appraisals. 2. The rent of my current 1BHK apartment is more than what my salary used to be at headrun, so you can have an idea about their salary structure. 3. This is a client based company with no more than 2 clients in hand. But even in that situation you are not allowed to sit idle. 4. The office is actually a rented house in btm layout with very little space to do anything. 5. Expectations from the management are very high and they expect everyone to work all day and half of the night at a salary that won't even cover your expenses. 6. You can come in this mess on your will but you can't leave it without the wish of management.
