Pros
Excellent work-life balance, good pay, plenty of opportunities to own, run, and lead projects, flex your chops, or learn something new. They really live and breath the idea that you make your own path. Owners are super supportive and talented. It's fun to watch them argue about color theory, typography, or religion.
Cons
There's no official office space so you either work from home or share each others dens which will turn off some people. Work can be slow at times and there's definitely a ceiling to how far you can grow in a small shop.
