Pros
Decent salary, good benefits, WFH is nice. Good team of overall people to work with, fun colleagues for the most part who are collaborative. Opportunities to work on projects youre interested in or share your own ideas. Lots of understandable growing pains for a startup agency but you can volunteer on what you want to help with - e.g. lack of organization, no documentation, etc
Cons
Management team is uninvolved/detached and like theyre just trying to get clients to spend more and please them with promises. Inadequate support if youre on a hard project, no recognition for work put in. Some cultural issues, lack of professionalism at senior levels, problematic conversations here and there that feel off-putting. Higher ups themselves dont have a ton of experience, so if you face challenges or want to learn more youre on your own
