No cons for the house managee

They let you work from home 1 day a week after 3 months.... if there isn't a holiday. Meaning if your regular work from home day is Tuesday and there is holiday on Monday you don't get it. Glad someone agrees with my boomer uncle that working remote isn't real work.

The worst working experience of my lifetime and I've shoveled horse dung at a race track. Steer clear of this place if you are looking to join them in any manager/director role. Across all departments there are YEARS of work in backlog that they will expect you to turn around in 6 months while you have no staff. If you don't meet their wild expectations they will fire you on the spot with no severance or notice like scumbags.
