Cons

The minimal issue is that everyone is working in different time zones. There are times when there might be a minimal delay in communication.

Pros

Remote position. I can work from anywhere! Great management. They are open to listen to your ideas and concerns! Accountability. If a team member makes a mistake they will rectify it and not just pass it on to you. Diversity. We have people from all around the world!

Cons

It is really hard to meet the team in person

Pros

The culture and team members are truly dynamic and forward thinkers. Inspiring group of individuals to work with who challenges you to be better and successful. Being part of growing the B2B program is challenging and exciting. The interview process was one of the best I have been through. Very fast moving. Met with multiple people in several days. Madhuri/HR communicated all the steps and updates/next steps promptly. Very honest and great energy, to feel part of something exciting, and want to be part of the team.

Cons

If you are not comfortable in a non-corporate setting, this is not a role for you. This is a Contract role. You have to pay for your own benefits. If you make your sales and commission quotas then you will be in a great spot to pay for insurance. Commission structure very reasonable. Our CRM/sales leads is not one of the best I have worked with, but we will be getting a new program which will be helpful.
