You are made to do the job of 10 ppl within one persons salary. Bosses treat you like dirt. The so called open door policy is rubbish. Too much favouritism. Work is 6 days a week and sometimes 21 days in a row without a comp off. If u complete 99 jobs and don't do 1 they will make you feel like committing suicide.
