There were no cons in my opinion

You can get to know top industry executives that work with large companies. There are opportunities for internships. It is also a paid opportunity.

You are practically forced to like social media posts. It’s “student-led” but the management team still calls all of the shots and covers it as student led. The management team is also really passive aggressive and speaks ill of the interns— both the leadership team and the regular interns. Working on the leadership team is stressful as the founder doesn’t respect people’s time or the fact that this is a program consisting of busy college students. You have to give real, authentic feedback for each session but get scolded if your feedback is “negative”.
