Pros

You are given a good deal of autonomy and trust regarding your work - so long as you are getting on with it to a reasonable standard, you will not be micromanaged.

Cons

Hazelvine does not like flexible working even around core hours. Promotion is only achievable in certain parts of the business - elsewhere, hard work, and going the extra mile will not be recognised. Very poor at supporting staff are under stress, and struggling. Won't go out of their way to support tax efficient salary sacrifice schemes, so missing out on the chance to give staff incentives at no net cost. Can be petty about things like dress code.

Pros

- Lots of support from senior management including weekly mentoring sessions with the managing director to learn about the industry and how to deal with daily issues that arise. - Support to learn more and gain qualifications in property management. - Fantastic team, everyone is nice and the office atmosphere is great. Management is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and their door is open for anything you need to discuss. - The company offers regular training sessions in various areas of the business. - Each day is different and we are very hands on in property management which means that we are always kept busy and it makes for interesting work.

Cons

As with any customer service job, there are sometimes difficult calls.
