      Pros

      Good people, trying hard to make a difference.

      Senior management is a mess. 5 CEO's over the past 6 years and the current CEO is on her way out. In August, the founder was forced to step in and assume day-to-day control as Executive Chairman. Senior management doesn't respond to email or internal messages. There have been 4 rounds of layoffs over the past 18 months and employee morale is very low. In an attempt at 'team building', the CEO ended hybrid work and now all employees must be in the office everyday. This is just another example of why there has been a significant exodus of product management, development, implementation, and customer success staff.

      Pros

      - Awesome People who manage a complex product or set of products. - New leadership seems to understand it all starts with treating people right i.e. new HR policies very helpful like L&D and other things like Empl Referrals. -Access to c-suite leaders is a big plus -Renewed focus on clients -Lots of hiring, Good talent as it at least seems like we are growing.

      Pros

      Things were looking great with the new experienced CEO and his chosen management team. But not anymore. Too much interference from the founder.

      Cons

      You will find out why they had five or six CEOs, CPOs, CTOs over the last 5 years. Just as things were begining to look positive, looks like we are going to have a new CTO soon as well. All due to the insecurity of the few. At the same time, they are having a tough time filling the CPO position over the last few months. Guess the candidates are smart and not desperate. Read the other reviews.
