      The positives to working here is a family atmosphere, there is always new and interesting work and environments, salaries and incentive plans are above average

      The cons to working here are that you can sometimes be too busy or out of town for extended periods

      Pros

      The work is great and you work with a few good people.

      Cons

      The pay for being gone a good majority of the time really sucks. The company needs to do better and pay the people not only their worth but for being away from their families so much.
