Heysite is a great place to work. Very engaging. Supports employees well. Good training programs to keep you up to date on policies, processes and regulations. Excellent benefit package and very good work life balance.

I don't really have anything bad to say. Also, Mark Anderson hasn't been there in many years. Not sure how that gets updated.

The benefits aren't too bad.

Leadership is terrible, work/life balance is terrible, ESPECIALLY if you have small children, even while taking vacation time you're contacted regarding work issues, one time HR even TEXT me an employees direct deposit information, which blows my mind.
