      - good and short-way communication - friendly and experienced agents - as employer you get almost all necessary support to success in your job application - big part of the jobs offer acquisition, so it's a good place to use as stepping stone

      Cons

      - no guarantee for ongoing employment when customer's project ends - a little bit too much administrative effort in some cases. - matching possible jobs to applicant's CV sometimes fails in some cases, but communication is all

      Pros

      Was placed with a Healthcare client and was told I did a great job. Got a chance to deliver on strategic, High Visibility projects.

      Cons

      position was eliminated with client without warning, and the recruiter who told me about the position being eliminated would offer to look for another project manager role. I followed up with the recruiter but i received no response
